Things to pay attention at the family appointments:

• Cancellations must be made individually for all family members.

• The processes can only be carried out using the passport number and the date of birth and the corresponding PNR number.

• In case of cancellation or failure to appear on the day of document submission, the paid service fee is non-refundable.
